WEL has a meeting room available for use at our Head Office on Pier Street in Aberystwyth, a short walk from Aberystwyth railway station. The room accommodates 10 people comfortably and is equipped with a dry wipe board and a Polycom Teleconferencing Phone. The room can be booked for use by calling 01970 611 621. There is no parking at the building, but WEL staff can advise on local parking.

Booking charges: 

WEL Member organisations (full and associate):

£5 per hour plus £1.50 per head for refreshments

Charities (Non-WEL members):

£10 per hour plus £1.50 per head for refreshments

Other organisations:

£15 per hour plus £1.50 per head for refreshments

Organisations providing free meeting space for WEL meetings and funders of WEL:

FREE bookings

Use of the Polycom Teleconferencing Phone must be booked in advance

(additional cost of £12 per hour)

Please note that the meeting room is located on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately the building does not have facilities to cater for access by the less able bodied.
