Aberystwyth Meeting Room

WEL has a meeting room available for use at our Head Office on Pier Street in Aberystwyth, a short walk from Aberystwyth railway station. The room accommodates 10 people comfortably and is equipped with a dry wipe board and a Polycom Teleconferencing Phone. The room can be booked for use by calling 01970 611 621 . There is no parking at the building, but WEL staff can advise on local parking.

Booking charges:

WEL Member organisations (full and associate):

£5 per hour plus £1.50 per head for refreshments

Charities (Non-WEL members):

£10 per hour plus £1.50 per head for refreshments

Other organisations:

£15 per hour plus £1.50 per head for refreshments

Organisations providing free meeting space for WEL meetings and funders of WEL:

FREE bookings

Use of the Polycom Teleconferencing Phone must be booked in advance

(additional cost of £12 per hour)

Please note that the meeting room is located on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately the building does not have facilities to cater for access by the less able bodied.
